Fremd High School Hockey Club

2010 SUMMER SEASON

The Fremd High School Hockey Club Board of Directors would like to invite you to our 2010 Summer Skate Program. 

This program is open to all incoming eighth graders, freshmen and existing Fremd high school players .

There will be five (5) summer skates, each one hour and thirty (1:30) minutes in length. 

LOCATION: Hoffman Estates Community Center and Ice Arena

Hoffman Estates, IL 60169-6998

The dates and times are as follows:

July 27th   7:00 to 8:30pm

August 3rd   7:00 to 8:30pm

August 10th   7:00 to 8:30pm

August 17th   7:00 to 8:30pm

August 24th   7:00 to 8:30pm

Fee: $80 paid in advance or $20 per session.

Coach Gary Mitchell (Varsity Coach) will run the summer sessions.

Print and complete the registration form and mail or drop off at the FHSHC mailbox at West Meadows. 

You may also bring the completed forms with you to the first skate.

ALL  FORMS AND PAYMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE PLAYERS MAY ENTER THE ICE!
